Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return prep, expert advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and building relationships within the Intuit ecosystem. You will work onsite and with a collaborative team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and a best-in-class customer experience, including in-person and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-functional collaboration.
