Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage marketing tools to create year-round engagement with individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of filing 1040 returns using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
