Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts at locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and partnering with a network of Intuit professionals.

You will meet clients in person or virtually, build long-term relationships, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, simple to complex.
• Grow local client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and foster loyalty.
