Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a network of on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, expert guidance, and software support while cultivating local client relationships and driving community outreach.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training and development.
