Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving in-person and virtual clients to help them maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. You will build lasting relationships within the community, grow the local client base, and work closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and organizing events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear path to year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing inquiries and enabling smooth meetings.
