Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex financial situations in a friendly, local setting.

You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources within Intuit ecosystem.
