Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and strengthen local relationships while promoting Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and engaging with the community to build a trusted local brand.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation, handling 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients covering personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or other services.
• Maintain a strong local presence as a trusted advisor and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location with expected hours, and participate in peak tax-season demand.
