Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts, onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for diverse client needs while collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
