Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax return preparation, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, attract new customers, and engage with the community while offering access to Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials in tax preparation (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience using professional software.
• Ability to work onsite and support complex tax scenarios.
• Interest in expanding service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with teammates to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
