Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at on-site locations across the United States.

You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building local relationships and growing TurboTax client base through community events. This role requires on-site presence and collaboration with specialists across Intuit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
