Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms may be provided.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, guiding them through tax processes and planning.
