Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and partner with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer comprehensive services while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax preparations for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios end-to-end.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
