Intuit, Inc. seeks dynamic individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in dedicated on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete complex returns, and grow a local client base while collaborating with a team of financial professionals to offer comprehensive Intuit services. You’ll work with both in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and engaging with the community to drive loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience
• Must have PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniform and be used for branding
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and marketing tools
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services
• Build long-term relationships and deliver year-round support
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
• Participate in local events and network to raise brand awareness
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions
