Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while helping grow the local client base and coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll be the trusted guide for personalized tax solutions, supporting community engagement and delivering an exceptional customer experience, both in person and via digital channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours/week, during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
