Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, building local client bases, and leveraging Intuit resources to support clients year-round. Strong tax credentials and willingness to train in wider services are required.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years: 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office during standard hours for at least 20 hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and foster loyalty.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
