Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and fostering community relationships. The role emphasizes in-person customer service, tax expertise, and a proactive community presence, with flexible hours of 20+ per week and a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must maintain related state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours per week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Willing to build local community presence and content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, review taxes, and plan for the future.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team knowledge.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and help grow client base.
