Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients, with a 20+ hour weekly schedule and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; required for tax preparation.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Provide tax advice and software/product support to clients in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Lead local marketing efforts and nurture relationships to grow the client base and drive loyalty.
