Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while actively growing the local client base and building lasting relationships. The role emphasizes community presence, proactivity in marketing efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
