Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform on-site tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, communicating complex topics in everyday language.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, engage prospects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform and committing to 20+ hours per week in a non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
