Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex returns and maximize refunds while growing your local client base. Join a collaborative team, wear a TurboTax uniform, and engage with the community through local events and outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Assist customers with TurboTax software usage and personalized tax solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Represent TurboTax as a proactive community ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
