Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using your tax knowledge to tailor solutions to each situation.

As a proactive, community-facing ambassador, you will grow local client relationships, participate in neighborhood outreach, and deliver a best-in-class tax experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must reside within the United States.
