Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. The role emphasizes tax expertise, community engagement, and a strong sales mindset to grow the local client base.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with clients to build long-term relationships. The position is on-site with a focus on excellent customer service and local marketing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and present taxes clearly to clients.
