Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Campaign Planner to support pre‑campaign targeting analytics, design, development and delivery of audience targeting for demand generation marketing. You will collaborate with managers, data engineers, DBAs and legal/risk teams to identify target audiences and translate business requirements into technical specs.

You will also become the SME for product eligibility parameters and ensure compliant data use, contributing to both online and offline channel campaigns

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of relational database structures
• Experience using Python, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools and a desire to improve proficiency

Responsibilities

• Capture strategic ideas and identify key data sources
• Translate specifications into targeting code and run pre-sizing analytics
• Serve as SME for product eligibility parameters and data usage
• Ensure compliance with legal/risk requirements in data usage
• Support multi-channel targeting through both online and offline channels
