Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a DOT certified Tank Trailer Mechanic for our Cherry Hill, NJ location. Join a team that services tank trailers and ISO tank containers with a focus on safety and DOT compliance.

Primary duties include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, welding, and performing DOT inspections. Competitive pay ($21–$41 per hour), weekday schedule 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and benefits such as insurance, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Diagnose failures and repair mechanical/electrical systems on tank trailers.
• Perform tank service, trailer suspension work and repairs.
• Inspect tanks/trailers to meet DOT standards and complete inspections.
• Welding/fabrication experience with TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless.

We are currently searching for a DOT certified Tank Trailer Mechanic for our Cherry Hill, NJ location!

Address: 1003 Astoria Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $21.00 to $41.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:

• The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Tank service and repair
• Trailer suspension installation and repair
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs
• Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards, complete DOT inspections
• Welding and fabrication experience - TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless preferred
