Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Tank Builder / Welder for nationwide projects. The role involves arc welding, cutting, and fabricating tanks, with emphasis on safety and quality. You will use SMAW, FCAW, and related equipment while following established drawings and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift 50 lbs. If you value teamwork, growth, and a strong work ethic, join our expanding team and contribute to critical tank

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc cutting, gouging, and welding using SMAW and FCAW processes.
• Operate generators, compressors, jacks, hoists and other power tools.
• Read detailed erection and fabrication drawings and plan welding sequences.
• Conduct non-destructive tests and maintain safety protocols.
• Work as part of a team on tank construction and repair projects nationwide.
