Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a Tank Builder / Welder (Nationwide) to join a growing team. This role involves arc and torch cutting, various welding processes, and reading fabrication drawings to support tank construction and repair projects across the country.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be eligible to work in the United States, and be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing. Lifting requirements and safety obligations are essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to undergo background checks.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-hire drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc and torch cutting and gouging.
• Weld tanks using SMAW, FCAW, and submerged arc methods as needed.
• Read detailed erection and fabrication drawings and plan methods.
• Operate lifting equipment safely and coordinate with crew.
• Follow safety procedures and quality checks on tanks.
