Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Tank Builder / Welder to join our nationwide team. The role involves arc and torch cutting, welding tanks, and using power tools and lifting equipment on projects across the country. We value teamwork, safety, and high-quality workmanship.

Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the United States are

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to systems.
• Willingness to learn and strong attendance.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and pass background checks/drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc welding and cutting.
• Operate power tools and lifting equipment.
• Read drawings and plan welding and tank construction tasks.
• Follow safety requirements and work with crew members.
• Perform quality inspections and tests as required.
