Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Manager of Technical Account Management to lead and grow a high-performing TAM team. You will coach TAMs on customer strategy, solution delivery, and executive engagement, while partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and the Partner Ecosystem to scale delivery and adoption of ClickUp AI.

You will own portfolio performance, drive renewal risk assessment, and translate customer needs into scalable, data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or related delivery roles.
• Experience leading customer-facing or delivery teams in SaaS environments.
• Strong advisory and executive engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TAMs, setting clear expectations for outcomes, delivery and growth.
• Own team-level retention, renewals, and expansion in collaboration with Sales and partners.
• Define operating rhythms, playbooks, and quality standards for onboarding and ongoing delivery.
• Build team capability in workflow design, automation, and ClickUp AI capabilities.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Partner Ecosystem to align strategy and execution.
