Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own post-sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion, guiding customers through AI-enabled workflows and scalable ClickUp solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (TAM/CSM/implementation)
2+ years hands-on with ClickUp or similar work-management platforms
End-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations or large book of business (>$2M ARR)
Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents or automations in a business context
Strong project/program management with multi-stakeholder governance

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for enterprise customers
Drive adoption, onboarding and renewal strategies across your book of business
Design scalable workflows and AI-enabled solutions aligned to customer KPIs
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure long-term renewal and expansion success
