Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive adoption in complex organizations. You’ll own the post-sales lifecycle, lead onboarding, and guide AI-enabled workflow design for a strategic book of business.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product and Support to ensure measurable outcomes and renewal success. The role requires 5+ years in a SaaS customer-facing function and hands-on experience with ClickUp and major work-management platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role with enterprise focus.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike or Jira.
• Direct experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or managing a multi‑million ARR book.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers.
• Own post-sales lifecycle, drive adoption, health, expansion and renewals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Support to scale value.
• Design, deploy and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents for customers.
