Responsibilities

• New Customer Onboarding: guide setup, integrations, and change management with AI-assisted workflows.
• Account Health Management: monitor adoption, health, and engagement; run recurring reviews.
• Workflow Mapping (IER Framework): conduct intake, execution, reporting, and apply templates.
• AI Enablement & Agent Deployment: configure AI workflows, train users, track AI usage and outcomes.
• Customer Success & Expansion: partner with sales/cs for renewals and expansion signals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Product, Sales, and Services for delivery and outcomes.
