RGP (Resources Connection) is seeking a Recruiting Director to develop integrated talent strategies that support client demand, growth, and workforce capability across markets. The role blends talent acquisition and talent management, overseeing the full lifecycle from identification and attraction to deployment and retention.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition is required.
• Talent management experience is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand, identify capability gaps, surface revenue opportunities within clients.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS; ensure data integrity and stakeholder visibility.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support immediate project needs and client demand.
