Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape the organization’s hiring strategy and lead a high‑performing TA team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader balances hands‑on recruitment with forward‑looking workforce planning.

You will oversee internal TA operations, optimize the RPO partnership, and drive diversity, time‑to‑fill, and quality‑of‑hire metrics across the organization. Candidates with 6+ years in recruiting and leadership are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in recruiting with at least 2 years in leadership or senior roles.
• Proven success building and executing recruitment strategies in a fast‑paced, growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with growth goals and workforce planning.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer and leaders to anticipate talent needs and set proactive hiring priorities.
• Balance day‑to‑day recruiting with long‑term initiatives to improve capability and hiring effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high‑quality delivery and engagement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for hard‑to‑fill roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Manage the RPO partnership with clear SLAs, quality standards, and outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics and market insights to improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and diversity pipelines.
• Champion a strong candidate journey and high‑touch engagement with stakeholders.
• Enhance the hiring manager experience with advisory support and streamlined workflows.
• Identify barriers in the process to promote fairness, efficiency, and excellence.
• Lead employer branding, social media, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
