RGP in Dallas is seeking a Recruiting Director to develop and execute integrated talent strategies that align with client demand and business growth. You will oversee the full talent lifecycle, partner with Sales to forecast demand, and ensure a strong experience for candidates, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Strong sourcing and talent assessment skills.
• Ability to use ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure data integrity in ATS.
• Build and maintain talent networks across industries and markets.
• Drive deployment and redeployment of consultants.
