Job summary

RGP in Atlanta is seeking a Recruiting Director to develop and execute integrated talent strategies across markets, blending talent acquisition and management to meet client demand and support business growth. You will partner with Sales, lead full‑cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, manage ATS data, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $135,000, with total rewards based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four‑year accredited institution preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Strong expertise in internal and external sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, deployment, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand, identify capability gaps, surface revenue opportunities within current and prospective clients.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and visibility.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support immediate project needs and anticipated client demand.
• Build trusted consultant relationships, supporting engagement, development, retention, and redeployment.
• Partner across Talent, Sales, and Consulting to match consultant skills with client needs.
• Monitor talent supply, pipeline health, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps to identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver a strong experience for candidates, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders through timely communication and follow‑through.
