Job summary

Resources Global Professionals (RGP) seeks a Recruiting Director to craft and execute integrated talent strategies across markets, blending talent acquisition with management. You will partner with Sales to ensure access to top talent and deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology, build robust networks, optimize ATS usage, and drive data-driven decisions to support growth and client demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Talent management experience is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies that support client demand and business growth.
• Experience building high-quality talent networks and pipelines across multiple skill sets or markets.
• Experience working with modern talent acquisition technology (ATS, sourcing tools) to manage pipeline activity and provide stakeholder visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Recommend the most effective talent solutions, including redeployment or external acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external talent networks across markets.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS with data integrity.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support immediate project needs and client demand.
• Build trusted consultant relationships and support engagement, deployment, and retention.
