Job summary

RGP is a global consulting firm seeking a Recruiting Director to craft and execute integrated talent strategies across markets. This hands-on leader blends talent acquisition and management, partnering with Sales to secure the right internal and external talent at the right time while delivering a strong candidate, consultant, client, and stakeholder experience.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology, build proactive pipelines, and manage ATS data with

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
Experience with modern talent acquisition technology including ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity in the ATS.
Build and maintain strong internal and external talent networks across markets.
