Job summary

RGP (Resources Connection) seeks a Recruiting Director to shape integrated talent strategies across the Southern California market.

You will blend talent acquisition and talent management, overseeing the full lifecycle from identification through retention, partnering with Sales to ensure timely access to internal and external talent, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in staffing, consulting, or professional services; talent management preferred.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies that support client demand, workforce needs, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities within clients.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder visibility.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support immediate project needs and client demand.
• Build strong internal/external talent networks across priority industries and markets.
