Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent management programs and people analytics initiatives. You will own Workday reporting, build dashboards, and translate people data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

Collaborating across the organization, you will drive performance management cycles, engagement surveys, talent reviews, and development planning while advancing reporting capabilities and executive storytelling with PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, HR, or related field.
5+ years in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
Advanced Workday reporting, including dashboards and calculations.
Ability to translate analytics into business insights and present to leaders.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions leveraging Workday and other data sources.
Deliver actionable insights and predictive analyses to enable informed talent decisions.
Create executive-level talent presentations using PowerPoint and storytelling techniques.
Support HR initiatives including performance cycles, surveys, and talent reviews.
