Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent programs and people analytics initiatives. You will develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for HR and leaders.

You will partner with HR to analyze workforce trends across performance cycles, surveys, and talent reviews, delivering strategic recommendations and executive presentations. Strong Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design.
Experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Management & Employee Experience: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of talent programs (performance management and employee engagement).
Consult with teams to execute surveys, programs, and plans to measure impact.
Collaborate on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
People Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Workday and other data sources.
Use Workday to deliver actionable insights, predictive analyses, and strategic recommendations.
HR Strategy & Business Support: Create executive-level talent presentations with advanced PowerPoint design and storytelling.
Support HR with ad hoc analytics projects to drive business growth and people objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
