Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Manager of Talent & People Analytics to lead talent programs and people analytics initiatives, including hands-on Workday reporting and dashboard development that translate data into insights for HR and business leaders.

The role partners with HR to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and inform performance and talent strategy in a flexible hybrid setting. Strong Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
• Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of critical talent programs: performance management and employee engagement.
• Consults with team members to execute surveys and programs to measure performance and impact.
• Collaborates on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Designs and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions leveraging Workday and other people data sources.
• Leverages Workday to deliver actionable insights, predictive analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Creates executive-level talent presentations with advanced PowerPoint design and storytelling techniques.
• Supports HR with ad hoc performance, talent analytics projects and initiatives.
