Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent programs and people analytics initiatives that drive informed workforce decisions and business outcomes. You will partner with Human Resources to deliver actionable insights from data analysis, supporting performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, and development planning.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and can be performed from any Breakthru office location.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data visualization and storytelling for leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead talent management programs across performance, engagement, and development.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Workday and other data sources.
Deliver actionable insights and predictive analyses to inform talent decisions.
Create executive-level presentations and communicate insights clearly to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business growth and people-related objectives.
