Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, and/or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
• Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
• Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management & Employee Experience: Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of critical talent programs: performance management and employee engagement.
• Consults with team members to execute surveys, programs, and plans across the business to measure and enhance performance and impact.
• Collaborates on driving the rollout of career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
