Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to drive talent management programs and people analytics initiatives. You will partner with HR to translate data into performance insights and strategic recommendations, spanning performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.

The role requires advanced Workday reporting, Excel/PowerPoint expertise, and the ability to design dashboards and executive presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design.
Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Talent Management & Employee Experience: Manages end-to-end lifecycle of talent programs including performance management and employee engagement.
Consults with team members to execute surveys, programs, and plans across the business to measure performance and impact.
Collaborates on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
