Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Sr. Director, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce analytics across the enterprise.

You will oversee performance, succession, engagement, and workforce planning, partnering with HR leaders to translate data into actionable programs that elevate leadership capability. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a flexible hybrid setup, based in New York, with responsibilities spanning analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in HR, talent management, or analytics with enterprise scope.
• 5+ years in people leadership within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders and driving matrixed programs.
• Experience with HR systems, prefer Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise talent and people strategies aligned with Breakthru’s priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight across performance management, talent management, succession planning, engagement and analytics.
• Lead and develop the Talent & People Analytics team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own design, governance, and improvement of annual performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Use data to evaluate talent processes, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements.
• Establish and enhance people analytics capabilities including dashboards and governance.
• Develop communications, training, toolkits, and leader resources to drive adoption.
