Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an experienced Manager of Talent & People Analytics to drive talent management and analytics programs in a flexible hybrid setup. You will partner with HR, design dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and support workforce strategies across the organization.

The role emphasizes workforce data storytelling, executive-grade presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to enable strategic decisions. Hybrid work across Breakthru offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, and/or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
• Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management & Employee Experience: Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of critical talent programs: performance management and employee engagement.
• People Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions leveraging Workday and other people data sources.
• HR Strategy & Business Support: Creates executive-level talent presentations using PowerPoint and storytelling techniques to communicate insights.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor, may be required.
