Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager, HRIS & Analytics to lead HR technology, reporting, and workforce analytics from our Bethesda, MD location. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize systems and data solutions, driving governance and process improvements.

You will manage Workday operations, develop advanced reports and dashboards, and champion analytics to support executive decision-making and talent strategies. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, HRIS.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HRIS and analytics experience, with Workday expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Deep Workday administration, security, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven record leading HR technology projects and implementations.
• Advanced analytical and BI skills to generate actionable insights.
• Strong data governance, quality standards, compliance knowledge.
• Ability to partner across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations and be the primary point of contact for Workday and related platforms.
• Plan, test, and deploy system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align solutions with objectives.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions for executive decisions.
• Establish data quality, security, and governance standards across the organization.
• Manage complex HR technology projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Drive workforce analytics initiatives by identifying trends and delivering actionable insights.
• Evaluate emerging HR tech solutions and promote self-service reporting adoption.
