Cohere is hiring a Talent Partner for a full-time contract role to cover paternity leave through the end of June 2027. Join a global AI security-first company scaling its GTM teams and help build world-class business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.

You will own sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an established network and data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Proven track record hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup/AI experience preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
• Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels in our ATS with regular progress updates and analytics.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with networks across business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
