Job summary

Cohere is hiring a Talent Partner for a full-time contract role to cover paternity leave through June 2027. You will build and own a strong pipeline for business roles across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing Communications, and Operations, delivering a top-tier recruiting experience aligned with Cohere’s premium brand.

You will partner with hiring managers to source passive talent, maintain market intelligence, and drive creative recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing Communications, and Operations.
• Proven track record in high-growth and high-bar environments (startup/AI experience preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Natural influencer.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
• Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
