Zusammenfassung

Orsini is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to manage operational talent acquisition processes. You will coordinate from job creation through offer acceptance and week-one onboarding, ensuring accurate records, IT readiness, and timely handoffs to People Operations and hiring managers.

You will partner with People Strategy, onboarding, and IT, while maintaining HRIS data, job descriptions, and recruiting resources.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, talent operations, HR administration, onboarding, or similar.
• Experience with JazzHR, ADP or similar HRIS systems preferred.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with confidential records and compliance.
• Strong data management, reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related tooling.
• Ability to develop training materials and process documentation.

Aufgaben

• Day One readiness: ensure compliance, IT access, and onboarding handoffs are completed or escalated on time.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and start dates within established workflows.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track next steps and resolve delays.
• Administer candidate experience surveys and report insights to improve the process.
• Manage staffing agency coordination and timely decisions with partners.
• Maintain accuracy of candidate, requisition, offers, and start dates across systems.
